1. About Kingdom Locators

Kingdom Locators is a property discovery platform based in Eswatini. We connect buyers with sellers of land, homes, farms and commercial property. We are not a real-estate agent and do not take ownership of any listed property.

2. Using the platform

Browsing listings is free. You agree to use the site lawfully, not to harvest contact details for spam, and not to misrepresent yourself.

3. Listing a property (sellers)

By submitting a property you confirm:

• You are the legal owner or an authorised agent.
• All information and photos are accurate and yours to share.
• You agree to pay Kingdom Locators a commission on successful sale to a buyer introduced through the platform. The commission rate is agreed in writing before the sale closes.
• Kingdom Locators may edit or remove your listing at any time.

4. No warranty

Listings are provided "as is". We verify what we reasonably can but you must inspect the property, verify the title deed, and conduct your own due diligence before any payment or commitment.

5. Liability

Kingdom Locators is not liable for any loss arising from transactions between buyers and sellers, fraudulent listings, or third-party content. To the extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to any commission actually received from a transaction.
