Buyer & Seller Safety Guide

Property is one of the biggest purchases you'll make. Kingdom Locators connects you with sellers, but the transaction itself is between you and them. These steps help you do it safely.

Always view in person

Meet the seller at the property. Drive the access road. Check the boundary pegs.

Verify the title deed

Ask for a copy of the title deed and confirm with the Deeds Registry that the seller is the registered owner.

Never pay deposits up front

No legitimate seller needs a deposit before you've viewed the property and seen documentation. Use a conveyancer for any payment.

Use a conveyancer

All property transfers in Eswatini must go through a registered conveyancing attorney. They protect both buyer and seller.

Watch for red flags

Prices far below market, refusal to meet, pressure to pay quickly, or requests for mobile-money deposits are warning signs.

Report suspicious listings

Use the 'Report' button on any listing. We review reports daily and remove confirmed scams.

See something wrong?

If a listing looks fake or you've had a bad experience, report the listing directly from its page, or email kingdomlocators@gmail.com.
