What we collect

• Sellers: name, phone, WhatsApp number, and the property details and photos you submit.
• Buyers: we don't require an account to browse. If you contact a seller via WhatsApp or phone, that conversation happens directly with them.
• Logs: standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and debugging.

How we use it

To publish your listing, let buyers reach you, prevent abuse, and improve the platform. Seller contact details on a published listing are visible to anyone viewing that listing.

Sharing and where your data is stored

We don't sell your data. We share only what's necessary with hosting providers (Lovable Cloud / Supabase) that process data on our behalf. These providers may store and process data outside Eswatini. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information stays protected to a standard consistent with the Eswatini Data Protection Act, 2022.

How long we keep your data

We keep listing data for as long as your listing is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. Server logs are kept for 30 days before being deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.

Data breaches

If a breach occurs that's likely to affect your rights, we will notify the Eswatini Communications Commission and affected individuals as required by the Data Protection Act, 2022.

Your rights

By emailing kingdomlocators@gmail.com, you can:

• Request confirmation of what personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request your listing be removed, or your personal data deleted

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Eswatini Communications Commission (Eswatini's Data Protection Authority) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
